In this issue, we examine a variety of federal, provincial, and community-based programs, such as the Ontario Seniors’ Home Safety Tax Credit, which offer financial assistance related to home modifications. Our OTs at GLA Rehab are not only trained and experienced with Home Safety Assessment, but also can assist you with completing detailed reports that strengthen your application for these programs.
Our second article is about the demand for long-term care in Canada. Our OTs and Case Managers (CMs) can assist with navigating such decisions and facilitating necessary assessments from qualified professionals as well as completing documentation required for applications.
